Easy and healthy dessert with Banana and melted Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe Bananas
- 100 g Belgian dark Chocolate, broken into squares
Method:
- Using a knife spilt bananas along their length and push a few square of chocolates into the splits.
- Wrap each banana in foil and barbecue for 10-15 minutes or bake at 200 c/ Gas mark 6 for 15 minutes.
- Serve the bananas with chocolate ice cream or pouring cream.
