Vanilla Cobbler with Mixed Summer Berries
Ingredients:
- 150 g, self-rising Flour
- 150 caster Sugar
- 150 ml Milk
- 70 g Butter, melted
- 200 g frozen mixed Berries, defrosted
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 220 C/ Gas mark 7.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar and milk together.
- Add melted butter and vanilla essence and whisk until a smooth thin batter is formed.
- Lightly grease your baking dish and pour the batter in.
- Sprinkle the fruit gently over the batter and then sprinkle with some caster sugar.
- Bake in the oven at 220 C/ Gas mark 7 for 15-20 minutes or until top is lightly golden.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.

This looks so good! Reminds me of a dessert called clafoutis but i think the clafoutis batter is thiner. Yours looks so yummy and easy to make too! A must try.
