Baked Mackerel Fillets with Garlic and Lemon
Ingredients:
- 2 fillets of Mackerel
- 1/2 Lemon, juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 190 C/ Gas mark 5.
- Wash the fillets and pat dry with kitchen towel.
- Lightly oil a baking tray and place the mackerel fillets skin side down on the tray.
- Sprinkle the garlic over the fillet then pour the lemon juice on top.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes until fish is cooked.
- Serve with green salad or oven potato chips.
