Cooked Crabs with Avocado and Green Leaves
Ingredients:
- 400 g cooked Crab meat
- 1 large Avocado, cut into bite size chunks
- 150 g Salad leaves
- 1 red Chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
Dressing:
- 4 tbsp sweet Wine
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Black Pepper
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl.
- Arrange the leaves on a plate, top with avocado pieces, crab meat and chilli.
- Pour the dressing over salad and serve.
