Runner beans with Chilli Powder and Sesame Seeds
Ingredients:
- 200 g Runner Beans, finely sliced and blanched
- 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 25 g Butter
- Salt and Pepper
Method:
- Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and add the sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes while stirring.
- Add the beans, chilli, salt and pepper and mix well. Cook for another 3 minutes until beans are warmed.
- Serve warm as a starter or as a side dish.
