Sweet and Spicy Oven Cooked Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 10 Chicken Wings (1 kg)
- 3 tbsp West Indian/ Jamaican hot pepper Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
Method:
- Mix the chicken wings with pepper sauce, honey and olive oil in large bowl, cover and leave in the fridge for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 200 C/ Gas mark 6.
- Remove the wings from the fridge and place in one layer on a roasting tin. Cook the chicken in the oven for 10 minutes on each side until chicken pieces are thoroughly cooked.
- Serve hot with the remaining sauce on top.
