Duck Sandwich with Ginger, Sweet Chilli and Cucumber
Ingredients:
- 2 Sesame bagels, halved
- 150 g cooked Duck breast, skinned and sliced
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp grated Ginger
- 2 tbsp coarsely grated Cucumber
- 2 spring Onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sweet Chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped Coriander
Method:
- In a small bowl, mix the mayo with chilli sauce and ginger and spread the mixture over the bottom halves of the bagels.
- Put the remaining ingredients on top and make a sandwich.
