Onion Sauce with Honey and Vinegar
Ingredients:
- 2 red Onions, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp red wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 50 ml extra virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Method:
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onions with vinegar, honey and salt and pepper for 10 minutes over medium heat until slightly golden and soft.
- Serve warm with fried fish.
