Artichoke Hearts with Onion and Orange Juice
Ingredients:
- 390 g can of Artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 large Red Onion, thickly sliced
- 1 Orange, juice
- 1 Lemon, Juice
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Caster Sugar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the artichoke to the onions and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Add sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and vinegar to the pan, stir and cook covered for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove the lid and cook over high heat for 3 minutes or until a sauce has thickened.
