Chicken wings marinated with hot sauce
Ingredients:
- 20 pieces of Chicken wings, trimmed
Marinade:
- 4 tbsp hot pepper Sauce
- 50 g Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Tobasco
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt
Method:
- Preheat the grill to 200 C/Gas mark 6.
- Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, then add the chicken, cover and leave for about 1 hour.
- Remove the chicken wings from the bowl while reserving the sauce. Lay the wings on the broiler pan and grill for about 6 minutes on each side. Make sure chicken is thoroughly cooked before removing.
- Serve the wings with the remaining sauce on top.
