Fried Feta cheese with Egg and Dill
Ingredients:
- 200 g Feta, crumbled
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 20 g Butter, unsalted
Method:
- Heat the oil with butter in a shallow frying pan, then add the crumbled cheese and turmeric. Cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes while stirring frequently.
- Add the beaten eggs to cheese and mix well, then add the dill and cook for another 4-5 minutes while stirring until the eggs are set.
- Serve hot with white rice and fried fish.
