Prawns cooked with mixed Vegetables and Rice

Ingredients:

• 500 g cooked Rice
• 200 g cooked Prawns
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
• 50 g Magnetout
• 50 g Brockley
• 2 tbsp fresh Coriander, coarsely chopped
• 2 tbsp Thai Fish sauce
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1/4 tsp Fivespice
• 1/4 tsp Chilli flake ( Optional)
• 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Method:

• Heat the oil in a large wok and stir fry onions and garlic with vegetables for 3 minutes over high heat while stirring frequently.
• Add prawns, fish sauce and soy to the vegetables, season with fivespice and chilli flakes and cook for another 3 minutes.
• Add the cooked rice to the wok and toss well.
