Lamb Kebabs with Harissa and Lemon
Ingredients:
Marinade
- 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Harissa paste
- 1 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh Coriander, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
Method:
- Whiz the marinade ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Mix lamb pieces with marinade mixture, cover and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the meat onto skewers and cook on the barbecue or griddle pan for 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve with Turmeric Rice or warm Pitta bread.
