Roast Tomatoes stuffed with Herb and Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 large Tomatoes, halved and the inside removed
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh Coriander, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Sweet Chilli sauce
- Sat and Pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 C/ Gas mark 6.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, coriander, olive oil and chilli sauce in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the inside of tomatoes with the mixture and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
