Chilli Beef strips with Basil and Fivespice
Ingredients:
- 400 g Beef steaks, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp Coconut cream
- 1 Red Chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Fivespice
- A handful of Basil leaves
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Method:
- Heat the oil in a wok and cook beef and chilli for 3 minutes on high heat until beef is browned.
- Pour in the coconut cream, oyster sauce, soy, fivespice and basil leaves, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Serve hot with boiled rice.
