Summer Salad with Cabbage, Apple and Sweet Chilli sauce
Ingredients:
- 300 g Red Cabbage, shredded
- 1 small cucumber, cut into match sticks
- 1 Carrot, coarsely grated
- 2 eating Apples, coarsely grated
- 3 Spring Onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- Salt
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Serve on its own or in a toasted pitta as a sandwich.
