A Mayo-free Coleslaw with Greek Yogurt and French Mustard
Ingredients:
- 1 medium White Cabbage, shredded
- 2 Carrots, coarsely grated
- 1 medium Cucumber, shredded
- 1 medium White Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Green Pepper, thinly sliced
- 5 tbsp of Greek Yogurt
- 3 tbsp of French Mustard
- 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- Salt
Method:
- To make the dressing, mix yogurt, mustard, vinegar, Tabasco and olive oil with salt.
- Mix the vegetables in a salad bowl and toss well with the dressing.
- Serve as a side dish or salad.
