Pork fillets with Chilli and Honey
Ingredients:
- 2 Pork fillets, approximately 200 g eac
- 3 Chilies, finely chopped
- 4 Shallots, chopped
- 2 Spring Onions, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 2 1/2 tsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 C/ Gas mark 6.
- Blend chilli, shallots, garlic and spring onions together until an smooth paste is formed, gradually add soy sauce and vinegar whilke blending.
- Season the paste with salt and pepper and marinate pork filetes for 1 hour.
- Roast the pork 20 minutes and serve with boiled rice.
