Sliced Oranges with Onion, Olive and fresh Coriander
Ingredients:
- 3 large Oranges, peeled and sliced into thin horizontal layers
- 1 small Red Onion, sliced into thin rings
- 80 g pitted Black Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Orange juice
- 1/4 tsp black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 4 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves, chopped
Method:
- Arrange the oranges on a platter.
- Scatter onion rings and olives over them
- Whisk orange juice with oil, pepper and paprika and drizzle over the oranges
- Scatter cumin and coriander leaves over the salad before serving.
